Purely to try and get the idea of what I wanted to do across to the client, I began to try and create a series of Photoshop images of what the main perspective and an offset perspective would look like. Please note that the text, font, sizing and colour is not finalised as I was just attempting to demonstrate the idea I have.
Following on from feedback, I have created this example in After Effects in a video format. This will allow me to show what I would be trying to accomplish more clearly.
